Playing Catch Up!

WOW!  I have been slacking in the blog department for way too long!  So I guess its time for an update. :)

Here are a few things we've been up to this past month.

10th Anniversary

For our Anniversary we had Mya's cousin babysit for us!  Mya was so excited to have Amber come over to play with her.  She had no problem waving and saying goodbye to us as we left for our date.  She was in HEAVEN that Amber came over to play!  Amber always comes wearing lots of cute jewlery and we all know how much Mya LOVES to accessorize!  And Amber is always so nice to let Mya wear it!  Thanks Amber!!  After dinner and some shopping we came home (it was a school night so we didn't want to keep Amber too long) to find Mya fast asleep on Amber's lap.  So cute!  Amber said she just crawled up on her lap and fell asleep.  How precious is that!!  We love having cousins live so close!

Mya the artist!

Mya decided to show us her artistic side and give our banister a nice makeover!  Thank goodness for washable crayons(a mothers dream!!!)  I love you Crayola!!  It all came off with just a damp cloth - WAHOO!!

And here is the culprit saying "sorry"!  It was really hard to be mad at her especially because it all came off so easy and she is so darn cute!

Valentine's Day

We went to Kanab because of the long weekend for President's Day.  On V-Day Brandon's sister, Tiffany, had a little party for her kids and Mya.  We had a yummy lunch then had chocolate fondue as a fun and sweet treat.  The kids really loved it!  Mya especially loved the yummy strawberries!  Thanks Tiff for doing that!  Then later that night me, Brandon, Tiff and her husband Ben went to dinner and to a movie (Bride Wars - it was cute and pretty funny - a great V-day movie!)  It was such a fun night!  Thanks again to Tiff and Ben for letting us tag along and to Grandma for watching all the kiddos so we could go out!  We can't wait to get together again soon!

I made these cards to send to our families for the big announcement!  I thought they turned out pretty cute.  I made cards to announce we were pregnant with Mya so I thought I should do the same for this baby!
